I keep an interest in data science research (data collection and analysis ) mostly using R and Python.
My main area of interest is in the use of routinely collected medical data and I am an Honorary Fellow at the University of Edinburgh based in the Deanery of Molecular,Genetic & Population Health Sciences, in the College of Medicine & Veterinary Medicine.
I am currently working with the ICU Heart group ( https://icuheart.org) on projects related to the early detection of myocardial ischemia.
